Programming on Open sources/Freewares

We are searching for a software developer to cooperate with our German team to help develop our JFire project, which is an open-source Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)System.Also to customize it to suit Thai business requirement and to fulfill local needs. This should be done together with promoting other Free Software like GNU+Linux.

Requirements:
* Good command of English
* Experience in Object Oriented Programming
* Either Java-Knowledge or interest in Java
* Ability to self-educate
* Reliable & honest
* Good communication skills
* Knowledge in GNU+Linux or interest in learning
* Knowledge in JDO, J2EE, Eclipse will be advantageous
